Tips & FAQ
How to use your candle
During the first use, let the wax melt to the edges of the container. This allows the candle to burn more evenly during subsequent uses.
Before each lighting, trim the wick slightly if necessary. A wick that is too long can create a flame that is too large or cause uneven combustion.
It is recommended not to let a candle burn for more than 2 to 3 consecutive hours.
Always place your candle on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
Candle safety precautions
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep your candle away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, and any flammable materials.
Do not move a candle while it is lit or while the wax is still liquid.
Stop using when about 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
How to use a wax melt
Place your wax melt in the dish of a suitable burner, then light a tea light candle under the dish.
The melt will gently dissolve and diffuse its fragrance throughout the room, without a wick and without direct combustion of the scented wax.
When the scent becomes fainter, let the wax cool and then remove it before using a new melt.
Wax melt safety precautions
Always use a suitable and stable burner.
Never leave a burner unattended while lit.
Do not touch hot wax.
Keep the burner out of reach of children and pets.
Never add water to the burner dish with a scented wax melt.
How to use a scented ornament
Scented ornaments are designed to delicately scent small spaces: closets, dressing rooms, entryways, hallways, or enclosed spaces.
They are not intended to be burned or melted.
Hang them using the provided cord, in a dry place, away from direct heat.
Scented ornament safety precautions
Do not place a scented ornament in direct contact with delicate textiles, raw wood, or painted or waxed surfaces.
Do not expose it directly to the sun or high heat.
Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Do not use in a car exposed to heat.
